Join us for an opportunity to meet local candidates!

League of Women Voters of Northern Nevada, in partnership with Sierra Nevada Forums and AAUW Capital Branch, is proud to host free, live, candidate interviews. This provides an opportunity for candidates to personally introduce themselves to the community by answering questions from our team and from our attendees.

This is a wonderful opportunity for citizens to see the candidates in person. Voters can learn a great deal about the knowledge, intentions, and character of a candidate when they meet in person. The candidate’s presence at this event also indicates a willingness to meet with northern Nevada constituents in an open and transparent manner.

Questions are directed to both candidates, and each candidate must answer the same question. If you wish to submit a question, we encourage you to come prepared to submit that question on a 3×5 or 5×7 white card.
